What the fee covers
The one-time $97 fee covers marketplace membership. It does not pay for assistant labor and does not guarantee bookings.
Free membership
The first 100 assistants who complete onboarding, verify their email, and publish their first eligible profile join free and remain free.
No recurring charges
No subscription, renewal fee or commission is charged.
Refunds
Refund terms are a launch requirement set by the business (see below).
Disputes
Disputed payments are reviewed by an administrator.
