Profile data
First name, city, state, age, bio, headshot, services, rates and availability are visible to signed-in members. Last names, addresses, email and phone are never shown publicly.
Age and date of birth
We use your private date of birth to confirm you are 18+ and calculate your displayed age. Your date of birth is never displayed.
Approximate location
Your private ZIP code is converted to approximate coordinates for distance matching. Exact addresses are not collected or shown.
Messages
Messages are visible only to conversation participants. Access by authorized staff is limited to safety investigations, such as responding to a report.
Photographs and AI enhancement
Original selfies are stored privately. If you choose Polish My Headshot, your photo is sent to our image-processing provider to create an enhanced version. Only the image you select is published.
Authentication and SMS verification
We use an authentication provider for sign-in and an SMS provider to verify phone numbers.
Payment providers
Membership payments are processed by Stripe. We store payment status and references, not card numbers.
Background-screening providers
If you request a background check, a screening provider collects sensitive details through its own hosted flow. We store limited status metadata only.
Retention and deletion
You may request deletion. We retain limited records where required by law, for disputes, or for safety.
Sharing with service providers
We share data with hosting, email, SMS, payment, AI and screening providers only to operate the service.
