Marketplace role
Assist 4 Today is a marketplace that connects people seeking assistance with independent service providers. Assist 4 Today does not provide the listed services, employ assistants, or supervise users' work. Users are responsible for evaluating one another and agreeing on services, rates, payment, scheduling, and working conditions. Verification badges and background checks have limitations and do not guarantee identity, qualifications, reliability, or safety. Conduct your own due diligence before hiring or accepting an assignment.
Eligibility and accurate profiles
You must be at least 18. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your profile current, and maintain one account.
Your responsibilities
Users are responsible for lawful conduct and for their own service agreements, including scope, rates, payment, scheduling, cancellation and disputes.
No guarantees
Assist 4 Today does not guarantee employment, bookings, earnings, or service quality.
Taxes, insurance and licensing
Users are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licenses and any worker-classification obligations where applicable. These Terms alone do not determine worker classification.
Prohibited conduct
No harassment, discrimination, fraud, spam, illegal services, regulated services not approved by the platform (medical care, childcare, financial or legal advice, passenger transportation), or circumventing safety features.
Membership payments
Bookers join free. The first 100 eligible assistants join free; later assistants pay a one-time $97 membership fee. There is no subscription, renewal fee, or booking commission. See the Membership Payment and Refund Policy.
Reporting and suspension
We may review reports and suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited and users agree to indemnify Assist 4 Today for claims arising from their own conduct and agreements. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Termination and data
You may request account deletion at any time. Some records may be retained as required by law or for safety and fraud prevention.
